Open to the power of fierce discernment that can express itself through you during the premenstrual phase.
This is the fourth of a four part series on how journaling can support you to explore the different qualities and energies that move through you during your menstrual cycle.
In this episode, you will be guided on an inner journey in which you can experience the shedding and laying down of boundaries that is possible during the premenstrual phase of your cycle. Afterwards, you will be invited to write in response to the simple prompt, 'When I say No' with a suggested writing time of five minutes.
If you are not menstruating, you can participate in the visualisation and writing exercise at a time in your natural cyclical rhythm where you feel yourself descending into a more internal state. If you are tracking with the lunar cycle, this might be during the waning phase of the moon, for example.
In the final part of the episode, I share my own writing and reflections in response to the writing prompt and how it relates to my experience of the premenstrual phase.
I hope that this episode has supported you on your journey of creativity and connection.
Thanks to lesfm for providing the theme music, 'In the Forest'.
